Developing a Treatment Plan
Your therapeutic journey will begin with a collaborative discussion to help us understand your needs and identify the most helpful next steps (i.e., develop a treatment plan). Following the development of a treatment plan, we will meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Clinicians will draw from evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy to help you meet your goals.
